A bespoke outplacement service for DVB Bank

DVB Bank SE was part of Germany’s second-largest banking group. In 2017, its board announced it would sell off its aviation sector and run down its shipping business, resulting in the closure of DVB’s London base in December 2022. 
 

Susan was invited to run her Make Your Mark programme as part of a bespoke workshop series curated to give London employees the skills they needed when leaving their roles.
